Finally Soma Court is sold and now I have to find somewhere to live. This block was originally bought for $59,000 in 1993
and the house bulit by Jussam Homes. It was on the market for $270,000 as this is what the Real Estate Agent thought we could get
for it. In the end it was sold for $255,000 as it was just costing me a lot of money and I wanted it sold.
I wanted a rental place that was still in Mudgeeraba to be close to the boys friends and found a four bedroom house in Sugarglider
that was available and would allow cats. I also had the boat and trailer that had to come with us too.
The gardens were over gorwn and the Agents allowed me to tidy them up. As you can see
from the pictures the place needed some work done on it but at least it was a roof over our heads and hopefully it won't be for
too long as to me renting is just dead money, but you've got to do what you have to.
