Well it's Saturday August 1st. It's a beautiful sunny day. We wonder what today will bring. Not a lot really. A few people, but nowhere near as many as last week. Not to worry, we are happy to have a contract in the process of going unconditional.

Tuesday 18th August. It's done and dusted - SOLD. Now to wait for final settlement. The plan is to pack up the stuff we have here and then to live in the van for a few days. Then off to the caravan park at Coomera to finish settlement.

Well it turned out that they wanted to collect our furniture a lot earlier then we had planned, so we will live in the van at the house. No point in moving to the van park when we can live here for free.
